Dutch Travel Guide is written and edited by full-time travel journalists who live in the Netherlands. Every page is reviewed by a topic expert before it's published — and again every six months.
Eva de Vries
Eva has lived in Amsterdam for 14 years and has written about the Netherlands for outlets including Lonely Planet, Condé Nast Traveler and AFAR. She leads our Amsterdam, Haarlem and tulip-region coverage.
Thomas Bakker
A Rotterdam native and former urban planner, Thomas covers Dutch architecture, design districts and port-city culture. He has guided architecture walking tours since 2016.
Sanne Jansen
Sanne is a certified sommelier and food writer who has eaten her way through every Dutch province. She curates our restaurant guides and seasonal food coverage.
Lukas Meijer
